Research and Development

Our design process starts with a 3D scan, converted to a CAD model refined by industry research and experience which results in a high performance polished model.

Following this process, we scanned a 3SGE Beams head, which is known for having optimal port geometry, reverse engineered it and extrapolated the port geometry to create a JZ compatible head.

Rapid Prototyping

Once our 3D model is ready, we print it to test fit, verify alignment, and confirm proper fluid channels. Any issue can be addressed and a new iteration of the model can be printed rapidly.

The ability to print with such ease is crucial to our in house casting process.
